1. Information you enter into the calculator
The current GradePilot calculator runs in your browser. It does not require an account, and the calculator code in this website package does not automatically send the scores or course details you enter to a GradePilot server. Your entries are not automatically saved by the calculator. You may choose to export a report or print a summary yourself.
2. Technical information
Like most websites, the server and hosting provider may process technical request information to deliver and protect the website. Depending on the hosting configuration, this may include an IP address, browser and device details, requested page, date and time of the request, and security or error logs. The hosting provider's own privacy information explains its processing and retention practices.
3. Cookies and similar technologies
The current calculator code does not require an account or use cookies to save your grade entries. Your browser or hosting environment may use essential technical mechanisms to deliver the site. If analytics, advertising, embedded content, or other third-party tools are added, those services may use cookies or similar technologies. This policy should be read together with the consent choices shown on the website where applicable.
4. Advertising and Google AdSense

GradePilot is a general educational calculator and does not ask visitors to provide student IDs, passwords, or identifiable academic records. Do not submit sensitive personal or education information through the calculator.

This policy may be updated when website features, hosting arrangements, analytics, advertising, or applicable requirements change. The latest revision date will be shown at the top of this page.
